Lush Tropical Basement
With a full packed schedule of daily to-do’s, our client wanted to turn their basement into a lush, tropical escape that tapped into precious child-hood memories of time spent in Bali and Singapore! Our team completely re-designed the basement and opted to go bolder, darker, moodier and more lush than the previous white box template. We paid special attention to an odd shaped alcove in the bar, and decided to build on it by creating a custom focal point, with an arched wood panel detail and cladding it with a rich antique mirror. Additional custom botanical installations, wallpapers and textures are what ultimately bring the space to life. It’s filled with whimsy, fantasy and our client couldn’t be happier!
