Contemporary Global Retreat
This project was a mix of bringing the natural and urban worlds in. With our client having just purchased a very contemporary and neutral home, we were brought in to add soul, serenity and also reflect his global sensibility. We blended warm wood tones, dark stones and millwork and brass to create a harmony of masculine yet natural. A key area we created was the custom book shelf at the top of the staircase, complete with ladder and all the ways to display his prized possessions.
