University District | Deans Landing

Deans Landing at University District is a multi-tiered development comprised of two buildings with a mix of condos and townhomes. With over 142 units, we designed all three exclusive designer interiors that future homeowners can choose from. In addition, we designed all of the common areas for both buildings (including lobby’s, hallways, elevator vestibules, and exterior design direction on the building facade and a custom commissioned mural by a local artist). When we work with a developer on a multi-unit development, we ensure we see it through the entire way, ensuring that the product and vision aligns surpasses their customer’s aspirations.
